IHCNO DAISY Award

Nominate a Nurse today!

The International Home Care Nurses Organization (IHCNO) is a Supportive Association of the DAISY (Disease Attacking the Immune System) Foundation. The DAISY Foundation’s mission is to express gratitude to nurses for extraordinary, compassionate, skillful care provided to patients and their families. The goal of IHCNO’s partnership with the DAISY Foundation is to recognize Home Care Clinical Nurses and Home Care Nurse Leaders around the world for the extraordinary care and compassion they provide to patients living in their home and their families who support them.

The DAISY Award criteria and nomination forms for IHCNO’s DAISY Nurse and DAISY Nurse Leader are on the IHCNO website: www.IHCNO.org throughout the year. You are invited to nominate a home care clinical nurse or nurse leader online at www.ihcno.org. Honorees are selected by a committee of international home care nurses, using a blind review format and a scoring sheet to identify how the criteria are met, and recommend the honorees. 

An online awards ceremony is scheduled for this special recognition and award presentation. The DAISY Foundation’s IHCNO’s DAISY Home Care Clinical Nurses and DAISY Home Care Nurse Leader will be honored on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 during an online awards ceremony at 10:00am EDT.
